01 Approach · Data → Action

ADAY turns mobile health data into
healthy action, every day.

Your phone’s accelerometer, your watch’s heart rate, your daily activity. Every day, mobile devices record how you feel, what you can do and how consistently you move. ADAY reads that data and helps people keep exercising, a little every day.

EVENT LOGSample day

  1. CH110 squats counted automatically
  2. CH2Heart rate back from 118 to 92 in 2 min
  3. CH338 active minutes today, 5 more than yesterday
  4. ACTIONSquat reminder set for 7:30 tomorrow morning

02 Live demo · the real algorithm

Pick up your phone
and do ten squats.

This is exactly how DaySquat counts the squats of 140,000 people — no extra device, just the accelerometer inside your phone.

  1. Tap ‘Start sensor’ below and allow motion access.
  2. Hold the phone upright against your chest.
  3. Squat down and stand up slowly — about a second each.

On a computer, the ‘Press & hold’ button runs the same algorithm: hold for about a second, then release, for one rep. Sensor data is processed only in your browser and never stored.

05 R&D · Health-data AI

From smartphone and watch data
to blood pressure.

Our blood-pressure prediction model, built with KAIST and Tech University of Korea under a TIPS R&D grant, completed TTA testing in Aug 2026. It is a research result, not a DaySquat feature — and we are extending the same method to predicting strength and muscle function.
